As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the linchpin between job seekers and companies. You spot opportunities, think in solutions, and ensure that the right person ends up in the right place.
What are you going to do?
• Conducting intake interviews with candidates
• Actively recruiting and selecting suitable candidates
• Writing and posting vacancies
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients
• Visiting (potential) customers
• Making the right match between candidate and client
• Guiding candidates during and after placement
• Identifying commercial opportunities in the market
No two days are the same. You constantly switch between recruitment, relationship management, and sales.
Who are you?
• Is a strong communicator and establishes contact easily
• Has commercial insight and spots opportunities
• Can switch gears quickly and maintain an overview
• Works in a result-oriented and proactive manner
• Has experience in the temporary staffing industry, recruitment, or HR (preferred)
• Is available for 32 to 40 hours per week
